100 Steps Kitchen Raw

Can't say enough about the vision of this man and wife boss/Owners. Andrea and Jim Carbine Two restaurants 100 steps apart. Near Cranford, NJ. The sister's restaurant is A Toute Heure. Spouse was at 100 steps a series of times, especially for her happy hour, when the Oysters on the half shell are half price. I had a small dish and an appetizer. Wonderful kitchen. Very competent waiting staff. Our young waiter today called each of the oysters on the Sampler serving. Impressive.

I highly recommend this restaurant! The new owner, and chef are doing an amazing job. I love ordering the fresh catch of the day it's always perfectly prepared. The chef is amazing! I'm so impressed how he comes up with all these innovative dishes. I've been here many times under the new ownership, and I plan on being a repeat customer. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Great attention to detail. Totally went out of their way to make our evening wonderful. Food was fresh and flavor combinations were innovative...would absolutely recommend.

We have been quite a few times for happy hour and dinner, our first time for brunch today. Everything was delicious, staff was friendly and the music was great!

Love the food oysters fresh and so delicious, scallops were to die for, mussels fresh and the banana pudding and peach ice cream the bomb
