I am sure that we were simply unhappy, and it should be pointed out that I intend to give this facility a further chance, but some dinge ran wrong from the off: as far as I could say a complete lack of signs that use the location of the restaurants, the recipeist quite offhand and not assisting, our table not willing to be given because the managers will use it for a meeting, wait quite long at the end we gave up and went without order. our star rating for eating is thus gaining generousness, as I am sure that eating if we ordered would have been excellent; surely the food we saw on other tables delicious! the decor and location of the place are both excellent, and on a sunny day would be a...

Lovely setting and place to go. Unfortunately the waitress was twice sent back by the kitchen to advise of multiple items that we ordered weren’t available and clearly hadn’t informed them prior to ordering so they could tell us. We then had to follow up as a few items of our meal hadn’t arrived and seems that the kitchen hadn’t read the ticket properly so hadn’t made half of our dishes. We were going to order another drink but no one came back to our table to ask if we wanted anything else. Would have ordered desert if the service was slightly better. In the end had to go up and ask for the bill too. Unfortunately a disappointing experience but the food we had ordered was good.
