A small chic restaurant in Gut Panker. Our visit was really an experience. The food service the wines the atmosphere were all PERFEKT . Our evening menu consisted of Amuse Gueule Sanft smoked Bachforelle Sanft cooked cod glazed Kalbshaxe pears of sprout meadow To this we drank a beautiful Riesling of winery Prince of Hesse. It was all deliciously prepared for us with love. Chef Herr Fuhrwerk and the Service Chef Frau Fuhrwerk do an excellent job for your guests.
