I went for afternoon tea on Mother's Day and can confirm that the restaurant is suitable for families. We brought my 4-year-old son, who was given an activity package with coloring materials, allowing me to have some time to myself. The customer service was excellent during our visit, as the restaurant was not overly crowded during lunch time.

Even though they claim on The Fork that you can make a lunch reservation, the reality is that it's only in the bar, not the restaurant, and they offer a limited bar menu. It was a wasted journey.

The restaurant staff is efficient, polite, and attentive without being overly intrusive. The chefs are well organized and consistently deliver fantastic food, even during busy service times.

We made a reservation for lunch but were seated in the bar area instead. The table was low and the room was cold, which was not what we were expecting in such a beautiful setting.

Regrettably, the bar area where we had our afternoon tea was not very busy, causing the staff serving us to appear rushed. However, the food was enjoyable.
