I came here for the first time today and ordered a dirty chai. The drink tasted bad and I politely asked if I could exchange it for a latte since it’s the same price (This drink was still full). The drink tasted watered down and I could not taste the coffee in it. The cashier was very rude when I approached him. “Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean you’re getting a new drink”. He didn’t ask me what was wrong with it, he said “we made it just fine” instead of acknowledging my problem. I love going to new coffee shops but I’ve never gone to one that did not offer a remake or a new drink. And when you go to a restaurant or anywhere you are offered a remake or an exchange. Hardworking staff, efficiently banging out complex coffee drinks and making delicious sandwiches for a constant line of customers, while being super polite. We loved our hard boiled egg and vegan cream cheese sandwiches. Excellent bagels and good ingredients

Lovely quaint neighborhood coffee shop with friendly service and a general cute atmosphere. Their matcha latte was fantastic.
