A friend suggested the spot since we had just had dinner and were craving something sweet. The line was quite long, but gave me the opportunity to look over the various flavors so I didn 't mind. So many options, including vegan and dairy-free. The service was fast-paced and to the point. No greeting, just what we would like. From my understanding, you could ask for samples. I had heard about an oatmilk yogurt they now have available and got excited because it's hard to find a gluten free and vegan option that fits within my allergens. I asked for a sample of the oatmilk yogurt and immediately tasted peanut butter! I alerted the staff member, thinking it was a mix up, but she stated that was the oatmilk option. This wasn't disclosed to me prior to being given a sample. Thankfully the peanut allergy I have is mild, but what if that weren't the case? Peanuts are a very common allergy, so why not disclose that?!This is a dangerous, potentially life threatening occurrence. First in foremost I want to say that Sarah the blonde girl that made our deserts was great, her level of cleanliness was impeccable!!!! The more heavyset female was not and therefor I had to ask her not to make my cup of frozen yogurt. She was also very rude and all due to her sloppiness and lack of care I hope to hear from management as well from this post because this store was disgusting, the floors were covered in toppings and utensils were dropped twice and put back where clean ones were being held. This is so sad that I came for quality service and walked out never wanting to come back!

Everyone loves 21 Choices—it's been around since I was a college student over 30 years ago. But in my opinion it's gotten better. I'm a bit of a chocoholic (my kids tell me there's such a thing as too much chocolate, but I can't understand that) and their chocolate frozen yogurt tastes as good (if not better) than any chocolate soft-serve ice cream I've ever had. They tell me their secret is magic. I recommend it with a brownie mix-in!

So annoying! Third time I’ve ordered online so it can be ready when I get there and the 3 times when I got there they tell me I’m sorry we did not see your order come through! Then I have to wait another 20-30 minutes depending on how busy they are so they can make my order. Maybe place your online ticket system somewhere more visible?!
