Last time coming here, ordered medium rare beef ribs with fries and black beans but when I went to pick up was told I had to get rice and fries or beans. I asked why I was not told that when I called and placed the order and asked for fries and a side salad for an extra charge. I confirm to make sure the beef ribs were medium rare because the last time they overcooked them. When I got home they only gave me 4 overcooked ribs again and literally no fries in the tray. Pics are attached! 6.40 for a salad 1/2 empty and 33.59 for 4 overcooked ribs. Never again will I eat at this place. Extremely rude know it all told me this is how they operate. More and more Portuguese and Spanish Barbecue restaurants are coming to your neighborhood. This one is Bound Brook. The menu is usually typical with chicken, pork ribs, beef short ribs and maybe some other ethnic dish. The entrees come with rice and fries. Prices were normally reasonable but, with inflation have gone up dramatically. Still a bargain compared to fast food chicken restaurants. This establishment doesn't have a liquor license so bring your wine and beer. Food was fresh and we had the chicken and beef short ribs. They have a takeout section, dining area as well as an outdoor section. Plenty of onsite parking.

This place sucks with service, got my order completely wrong when i ordered beef ribs they gave me chicken……the complete opposite. When I called back they did not care and answered me very poorly. I do not reccomend this one go to the one in dunellen better.

Awful service, called it in! It was gonna be ready in 20 mins, messed my order up, waited an hour! No cordination, no one has an idea of whats going on Good thing I was on a rush Reserve uma mesa agora

So good! We split the 3-meat BBQ combo with rice and black beans and it was so good! Everything was cooked just right. Service was excellent. Love that it's BYO!

Service is not the best, a bit rude the way they answer the phone and wait time was twice as long as they estimated. In stead of 30 minutes it took 1 hour.

I love this place. I make it a point to visit anytime I'm passing through the area. Food is consistently great, and there are always leftovers.

Food was amazing! Plenty of seating! Great place to go for lunch with coworkers or friends!
