I visited this cafe about 3 weeks ago in search of a reusable coffee cup from the US that they sell. Unfortunately, they were out of stock at the time and did not know when the next shipment would arrive. They took down my details promising to notify me, but I never received any update. Today, I returned to find that the cups had arrived, but the small ones were already sold out. The staff was not very helpful and did not seem to make an effort to assist me. Simply apologizing does not suffice if the customer does not feel genuinely cared for. Fantastic coffee and a lot more! I enjoyed a tasty brunch of an egg and bacon roll with extras. The kids adored their croissants, toasties, and gorgeous hot chocolates. The staff were lovely and friendly. The restaurant is dog-friendly with a cozy atmosphere. I wish I lived closer so I could come here more often!

Having just had breakfast, it was time for another coffee and this was just the place. We sat outside in a sunny spot and watched the world go by while we enjoyed our perfectly made skinny cappuccino and almond milk lattes. Beautiful coffee. Perfect.

Love the little hole in the wall coffee shop. Phil is the best and the coffee is even better. Open at 5am and sometimes there is a queue that is how good the coffee is . Very relaxed and great staff.

this hole in the wall has been serving the best coffee in moa vale since before 2000 love it and wouldn't go anywhere else
