3 G's Frozen Custard

Was always a TEN STAR, until 02/25/2023. The girls came up to my car, from behind the car in front of me and told me and my car full of middle school girls they were closed for the night a couple minutes after 9 pm on Saturday night. I thought it odd, as I was told before that if there's a line, they'll stay open to serve their customers. I guess they didn't want their tips (I always tip very well) and I guess they didn't think my business was important. There was also another van load of customers behind me. I hope management fixes this issue. Or I'm sure 3G will lose much business.

If you’re going to have a walk up window and a drive up window, learn how to service both no matter how busy one is over the other. At least acknowledge the customer at the drive up window, don’t ignore them.

The employees are absolutely AMAZING! Great frozen custard. My personal favorite is a large vanilla concrete with coffee and cookie dough! Also the a banana split with chocolate custard is delish too!

Custard and desserts the custard and desserts were excellent service was awful. We stood at the window for 10 minutes while the girl was standing back behind the counter on the phone.

Best custard I've had! Very large portions, and the staff are always friendly and smiling.
