when someone picks up a job, the customer service is terrible. I'm waiting for over 20 minutes to find out that my food is sitting there and no one is harassing, even checking on me. No matter how good it is, this kind of experience tends everything.

I regularly get their Hot Bird Vegan Burger which is reliably good every time. Crazy tasty. And their chips are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and full of flavour.
