3in1 Cafe - Reservar uma mesa

I attended the past brunch event with bottomless mimosas and karaoke. Although I enjoyed the karaoke it could've been a bit more organized. The food on the other hand was okay and they don't give you enough for the price. I ordered the shrimp and grits only to receive 5 small shrimp on my plate. The seasoning was there but not quite, I had to add a lot of salt and pepper. My friend ordered the oxtails which only came with 2 fatty oxtails with barely any meat on them. Chinae, not sure if I spelled her name correctly is a good server. A very sweet girl with a smile on her face and attentive. They also include gratuity on your bill automatically. FIRST I'd like 2 SAY that I had problems trying 2 make reservations 4 6 people. I went online and called twice. Neither time they had MY reservation when I called everytime. They really need 2 fix this problem very soon. NEXT, they need somebody@ the door when U walk in 2 meet everyone and seat THEM. People were just ???? in, not knowing where 2 sit. They HAD staff trying 2 DO several jobs. They HAD the cook bringing customers their meals and someone else Bartending, taking orders, bringing drinks and ???? people. Went here about 5 month ago Post my review but it was excellent great place to eat great service everything we got was so so good definitely recommend this place I was at closer I would go all the time but I live in East Orlando soon too far for me but it was great
