4 Pines Public House Newport

Me and my partner ordered the sirloin steak with chips, and let me tell you, the meat was cooked to perfection. The sauce with the mushrooms was amazing, and Chip's cooked grade A. The only reason for 4 stars was the pricing. 2x sirloin steaks and 2x drinks were roughly $108. The atmosphere and ambience of the place were really nice. It's a bit dark inside, but other than that amazing food. Not the mention shout out to the guy who served us. Customer service was perfect, and he seemed to actually like his job and was happy to help out. Check them out

Things were a bit different this time around some small changes to the menu and the introduction of a couple of feast item we tried the lamb which was excellent. Also we were treated to table service with regular visits from the staff to take our food order, keep our drinks topped up and generally ensure we had everything we needed. The staff were excellent and a good time was had by our group of 6.

Great place to grab a drink and meal. The steak I had last night was cooked perfectly and the staff are always really friendly and welcoming.
