I along with my daughter and another family member went here on my birthday, I had ordered a margarita drink, I asked for sugar around the rim and when they brought the drink out, they had sugar on the SIDE of the glass, spoke with manager (Sean)and he stated this was due to cooperate decided to do. I don’t understand WHY??? This makes my hands sticky and messy, along with those that touched my drink now there hands are sticky, they have touched the sugar that should have been AROUND THE RIM OF THE GLASS! Please cooperate change this decision. It’s very unclean.
We're regulars on Monday nights and certainly appreciate our familiar friendly waitress but don't understand why drinks from the bar are taking soo long. How long does it take to pour wine from a bottle as well as other drinks (I'm told at least, are pre-made)? Once, we waited almost an hour. They came with the food...that might have been an exceptional situation as the power was out and they opened late but still, it shouldn't effect getting drinks out. Hope bar tending can improve. We are looking around for other places just in case.
End up coming late at night and it was happy hour which is perfect! The food tasted good. The burger was perfect and the chicken tenders were fresh. My spinach and artichoke dip was cold when it came out so I did have to send it back to get rewarmed. My drink was weak and after check out I looked at my bill and they charged me $9 for my margarita but it said on menu it was $5 for happy hour. Did get my food in a reasonable time. Service was ok it was busy so you know how that goes
Food has gone downhill over the past decade. Their salads are good but they used to be great. The gringo dip is amazing. Also enjoy the mac n cheese. The baked potato soup is great too. Sometimes the newer hostesses are not welcoming but, Trevor is THE BEST. We love Trevor. Reserve uma mesa agora
