I would give it less if I were. the rude guy behind the counter I'm not that I get angry, but when I left, I was seeing. for the owner of this place they might want to invest in a customer service training with their personal, it seems that I am not the only one who has left the feeling on this wise. I will never come back, especially since the man behind the switch told me that I did not return request granted.

extremely rude service representative on the switch. 10:10 on 22/03/2021. the cashier is not aware of the offer in the load. $6 extra charged! when he was confronted, he was busy talking about calling and became aggressive and did not accept his mistake at all and treated me rather disastrous. completely unprofessional, insulting and rude behavior! do not go there if you expect real 7 eleven experience!

Poor customer service. Lazy and rude guy on counter today,Thursday(17/03/2022)1.50pm.He got no manners, extremely rude and zero customer service knowledge. Will never visit that store again.

This is best n better 7/11 than other service station always nice and clean staff very friendly product availability n always recommended as going in 7/11 south hurstville from last 4 years

DO NOT GO HERE if you have a 7-11 locked fuel price!The staff will claim their scanner is ‘not working’ and then charge you the full amount.
