Excellent baked goods, excellent coffee. But I guess they really don 't cater to people hanging out there, seats are right next to the machines, bathrooms always being fixed , no Wi-Fi.The 85 coffee is very good, I believe their line that espresso tastes best the way they brew it. Sugar and milk notwithstanding, the coffee itself tastes so good. Parking: You have to go around the block to the parking structure where it is free for a time.

Easily accessible Parking: If you are lucky, you will find paid street parking in front. I am generally lucky enough to do so or I find paid street parking nearby. There are many paid parking lots and city lots nearby.

I had a Taro Lavender Latte and it was one of the best lattes I ever had in my life. And it's caffeine free. Had a delicious custard roll too. Great service and attentive staff.
