Hi long review here. Most reviews here are saying they forget to bring some items a table ordered, which proven to be true. We came here for a birthday for a free meal for the birthday individual. Very spacious inside, nice decors and bathroom is cool. Has a open Washing hand area concept along with bathroom stalls which also has a sink inside each stall. Bathroom stall door latch is cool Our host was very nice and pretty, she told us about the QR code menu ordering system. You only order through your phone with the QR code, and some items never come. This is the first time I have ever tried hot pot and it?s absolutely delicious!!!! There are so many food and drink different options to choose from. They also have a sause bar where you can make your own sauces. The food came out super fast. I must add the bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever been in. Highly recommend!

Really good hot pot! I haven?t tried the Korean BBQ yet but I?m looking forward to trying it soon! Hotpot was delicious and everything was fresh. Make sure if you don?t eat pork to ask for a vegetarian broth base, our waiter was nice enough to suggest it to us! Nice and quick staff and very fair prices!

I've been going to various hot pot restaurants for several years. 99 Favor Taste is not the best of the bunch in New York City, but it is none the less a solid choice. Nothing is exemplary, but nothing is bad. Think of it as the Starbucks of New York hot pot.

They have good food quality. The only complaint I have is the price. I understand that inflation/post covid are affecting prices and that they have to make ends meet. It's just, $30pp for lunch is a hard pill to swallow. I still recommend.
