First Last Purchase from them. We love using our local businesses/companies, However, Altamonte Florist was a major disappointment on a few levels! AND I attempted to allow them to rectify or at least acknowledge their mistakes. Left 2 messages for the Mgr NEVER rec’d a return call. The flowers that were SUPPOSED to be delivered on a special day , weren’t delivered until the Following day then delivered were already wiltering when I was asked by the purchaser to provide a photo they couldn’t believe it actually came to my home to see it in person. I ordered flowers to be delivered to an employee who is in the hospital. There was a mishap on the hospitals end where the flowers weren’t delivered to the patient even though the driver confirmed the room number and the patient name with the front desk at the hospital. When I realized the flowers hadn’t been delivered, I called the florist and they took the time to reach out to the hospital to figure out what happened and take care of it. they re-deliver the flowers to the office when the employee was back on Tuesday and they were absolutely stunning. I was very upset to have a Valentine's Day delivery show up the following day in the evening. I won't receive my gift until I show up to work tomorrow 2 days later. My SO paid for Guaranteed Valentine delivery. I thought I was forgot about. On top of having to show up and get a VDay gift 2 days late in front of my coworkers is embarrassing so they think I was an after thought. I honestly wish they didn't even drop it off. Instead of feeling loved I'm embarrassed. On top of the fact the customer service was horrid.

I can’t believe the service these people are providing!!! My fiancé ordered flowers from them to be delivered on Valentine’s Day it wasn’t delivered until 2/18 . It came in a broken vase and I was told to put it in a different container (vase) now I was given the number for the shop owner David who was VERY RUDE . My Fiancé is out of the country and try to make up for missing Valentine’s Day and they were late and delivered a broken vase and just told me to figure it out!

What a horrible experience from the conversation on the phone with the rude receptionist to the ordering of the most hideous flowers I’ve ever received. Stay away from this place not to mention they are extremely overpriced, compared to local competitors. Zero star rating was unfortunately not an option. STAY AWAY!!!
