A la Place - Reservar uma mesa

We 6 adults had pre- narrowed our choice to three restaurants in Montargis and chose this one on our walk around. At first glance, seems a little modern and lacking in charm, but an excellent choice. You can dine indoors, up or down, or on an upstairs outdoor terrace. Only one employee spoke English but he made himself available to help with our limited French. Dinner was exceptional. Cheaper places available but this was worth it. We accepted their suggestion of after dinner drinks, limoncello, Armagnac, cognac, etc and found that they were on the house and generous pours! If you like the posted menu, don 't hesitate. A very nice restaurant!

To start with my conclusion, excellent place! Easy to find location in the centre of Town. Relaxed atmosphere and good chairs to sit in. Menu is nicely compact, food is well prepared and they have a wide variety of wines by the glass. Good! Staff is punctual and patient. Value for money is very ok!

Ate here tonight and loved it. I had the pork chop and it was delicious. The entree was better, being a timbale of scallops, grapefruit and avocado. The cost of the 3 courses was €39, and so is expensive, but on balance worth it. I can recommend this restaurant.

Good food is the norm in France, but this place exceeded all expectations. The melt in the mouth squid was unlike anything I have ever tasted and the veal was as soft as a good woman's heart. A truly exceptional experience thoroughly recommended.

very good bistrot chic good selection at affordable price (5 menus and you select the courses from the menu) the service is very efficient
