My husband and I love visiting A Taco every week—sometimes even twice! Each time we arrive, we are greeted with the warmest welcomes, smiles, and genuine cheer. By the time we walk in, they are already preparing our drinks, which is one of the many details that makes A Taco special. Karla and her team are absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful with everything. Hidden in Miami Springs, we discovered a true gem offering a fusion of Peruvian, Mexican, and Japanese cuisine. Starting with the Tijuana Mule, we enjoyed a delightful fried Chaufa Ball accompanied by tamarind sauce, followed by a stellar guacamole. The meal continued with a fantastic combination of Anticuchero Tenderloin Taco Bao and another Taco Bao featuring Corvina fish. Every dish perfectly balanced flavors, textures, and spice levels. Despite arriving just before closing, everything was served fresh and promptly, with wonderful explanations from Luna throughout our meal. We can't wait to return!

You can easily parallel park right in front of the restaurant or on the other side of the street. The food was tasty, featuring a blend of Asian and Mexican flavors. My favorite dish was the aguachile, while the seared tuna was my least favorite. I would definitely return to try more dishes.

Great place to hang out with friends and family. Our server, Luna, was amazing. The food and the drinks are fantastic. Can't wait to go back.
