I have been going to this spot since they opened but the customer service has gone way way WAY down hill. I work in the area and this is one of the healthier options for lunch so order delivery a lot. I have gone in person but the wait times are pretty lengthy even when the place is totally empty so I decided to put in an order for pick up through door dash. When I ordered the pick up time was over an hour later which I find unacceptable for a smoothy bowl and a Cesar salad with croutons and extra dressing, so once I saw how long it would take I tried to cancel through the app, unfortunately I was told that my order was being prepared and I couldn 't cancel. Honestly better than Playa Bowls!!! Authentic Brazilian with a crazy variety of drizzles (Nutella, peanut butter, condensed milk, almond butter, etc . You can also choose your granola (plain, blueberry, or mixed which has nuts and raisins and is my FAVORITEEEEE. you can also choose your base (Açai, pitaya, or banana I like pitaya it's sweeter than Açai. They also sell burger there along with chicken and pork sandwiches. Fried are very good! I do not recommend getting it delivered it doesn't taste great melted!

I love this place food is amazing! Price is nice if you go with friends. The food was splendid! Customer service is excellent! I will most definitely be returning.

It wasn't what I thought. It was a bowl full of chocolate and coconut, I wouldn't recommend the açaí bowls, just go have some desert. Heard the salads are better.

I love it here! Everything is tasty and fresh. The customer service is pretty good too, they're very nice and patient.
