Abriecosy Ecolodge

This rural eco-lodge, formerly the home of a family, is hidden in the forest, surrounded by silence and nature. The beautiful individually designed rooms give a lot of privacy (see pictures on the website). They feel almost alone in this wonderful place. The hosts Vanessa and Geert are a wonderful and beautiful couple. You feel like home. Thank you for your warm hospitality! We enjoyed breakfast and dinner every evening with the other guests and with our hosts. We laughed a lot, discussed and sometimes after dinner played pétanque together. Vanessa and Geert pampered us with excellent vegan food every evening. On the fifth evening there was nothing we had eaten. Even breakfast leaves nothing...

Abriecosy is an amazing Ecolodge! They are welcomed by Geert, the friend host and sustainability enthusiasts. It was great to have a chat with him and see how his project was created in this beautiful part near the Gorges du Verdon. Geert has great recommendations for excursions in the area. To enjoy nature, you don't have to go far until the lodge offers a breathtaking view of the valley, a great starting point for hikes. In addition to the beautiful location I loved the raw vegan kitchen that prepares Geert. You can clearly say that it is a trained cook and uses local and seasonal products. Geert and vanessa are incredibly friendly hostess and the place is beautiful. Unfortunately we could not stay in one of the beautiful chalets, as dogs in the hypoallergenic rooms are not allowed, but geert vanessa welcomed us as their guests to dinner. we had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this accommodation!
