Adya Fresh Indian Flavors

As a lover of Indian food I have tried a ton of Indian dishes from different restaurants. I can easily say this is the best Indian food I’ve ever had. It is incredibly flavorful and has a depth that many other cuisines could only wish to achieve. If you want a whitewashed version of ethnic food, you probably will rate this lower than it deserves. This food is bold and deserves customers who appreciate its complexity. Food was also very fresh and made to order. Naan was made from scratch and cooked right before my eyes. Eat here if you get the chance!

It was aight. I got the CTM Burrito (chicken tikka masala). Chicken was a little dry, a little bland, and the burrito was about 85% white rice. I know I shouldn't have been expecting a lot out of a burrito at an Indian restaurant, but some small changes and it could have been a winner.The mango mint lassi was pretty good and our friends got a lentil and naan dish, and that was also very tasty. Perhaps some of the other Tandoori and biryani items were better.Service was friendly and our food came out relatively quickly.

Not sure why reviews shows less than 4 stars. This is the best place for Indian food. A little pricier than elsewhere but the location is awesome if you can find parking. The food is always well prepared and plenty of communal seating locations. Great place to watch people and eat fine Indian food. Everything is full of flavors and the spices are on point. Best goat cheese nans bar none.

Was here a few days ago and Tikka Misala was not good in my opinion-too much tomato flavor and brand in every other way. Rice and nann were average..would not recommend unless you have never had Indian food and don't have a comparison.Food: 2/5

Thw food was good chicken a bit spicy not really for children but I ate it ? it was good I liked it.Food: 5/5
