Aero Crafters - Reservar uma mesa

Only two older ladies present at Aero Crafters during lunchtime. Place was dead and all TVs had only college basketball on and the same game: World Championship quarter finals were not played at all. When they were asked, they said whenever they were coming. We answered, they started 5 minutes ago. Under the assumption that they would put the game on, we experienced another 5 minutes not recognized. Fortunately, we found amazing place called Froggy 's just half a mile on the street. The parking lot at Froggy's was full and it was alive inside. We went to Froggy's to see half a dozen TVs one with the game plus three times more TVs with multuple college basketball games. If you want to wait 30 minutes until someone takes your order, then another 1 hour to wait for your food, you have found the place! The place wasn't even packed. We don't joke, the party of 4 was there at 8:40 and got our food at 10:30. I guess they forgot us and serve the tables that came after us, or maybe the kitchen hates our waitress. Not sure what happened, but the food (Flügel and Pommes) was amazing (sandwich was not all that impressive though), the service was terrible, and waiting was simply unacceptable. Our waitress didn't even bother to refill our drinks, the other waitress brought our food out, she came back to get her check. Btw, our waitress did not even apologize for waiting...

If you are looking for a weekend, come together with the family during the day, stay away! Website clearly stated, There is no fee to reserve an area or tables during normal operating times. But Mr. Mike I am Grumpy Brewer says no matter what, during the weekends it is $20 a person to reserve even a table, regardless of whether it is an 8yr old or your 70 yr old grandmother who does not drink. Dumb. I even offered a flat-rate fee of $200-$250 only for a few tables and then the drinks over it for those who drank nope.

Really disappointed. We were here a few times and usually enjoy ourselves. Today, after she was ignored and then finally a waitress fell down, she sent a big guy with a setting to the table. It was ridiculous. I was shocked in the unprofessional treatment. We're not coming back.
