After 12 African Carryout

The past few weeks the food has been horrible. The plates have gotten expensive, and I can understand that but why are you not cooking with actual meat? Lately I've been getting more bones in my stew than meat. I use to love this location, it was one of the best African food spots in Prince George's County. They have new young people working there and it seems like they don't know what they are doing or they don't care. It's sad I really use to enjoy the food. Save yourmoney.

The cassava leaves and white rice are the best trust and believe my first bite I was in heaven I wanted to savor the taste it was so good that I had to laugh to keep from crying. I couldn't believe I pass this spot and didn't try it sooner I have been to multiple African restaurant in search of the best cassava leaves and here it was all along after 12 carryout I love this place

I promise their cassava will not disappoint. I literally travel all the way to Landover from East Baltimore specifically to get some. I'm from Cheverly/Hyattsville originally and have been getting my cassava from there since I was a kid. LOVE IT ????????????

The portion sizes could be better. I called ahead- drove 30 mins and the food was not ready (typical). The cassava leaf was ok, I?ve had more flavorful and the peanut butter stew had no flavor at all ??

It was my first time eating foo foo and I loved it and they have a whole menu of african dishes and while your there check out the snacks and african items also for sale
