Aji Ramen (katy) - Reservar uma mesa

I’ve been coming here for years. The quality is very good, the staff is very memorable, polite and patient. All the food is super high quality and overall good experience. I think the recipes and menu items have changed quite a bit over the years, but my review remains the same. I’ve been ordering the miso ramen mainly, and I’d like to have back the old recipe because it had more flavor and umami taste. Still a great place to eat.

Tonight was the second time I have had ramen at this place, and it was great! I got the tonkotsu ramen (which is my favorite kind of ramen), and it was amazing. If you want it to be spicy, you can add chili oil to your liking. The staff is very sweet too. If you are looking for a good ramen place in this area, I would totally recommend Aji Ramen!

Absolutely love the food here. People are nice and friendly the food is great! I have been here so many times, and will continue to come here. There has only been one time where they forgot about our food, we had waited for more than 30 minutes, not the best night but still a good dinner. Edit The service was amazing and the food was as well.

We've enjoyed several meals, to-go and sit down. Our kids LOVE the aji tonkotsu and miso ramen; my husband and I really enjoy the kimchi ramen and the spicy miso ramen. The food is so comforting and reliably delicious. Perfect for chilly evenings! The restaurant itself is so welcoming and intimate.

We absolutely love the food, love the vibe, love the service. We come here maybe once a month and good flavor stays consistent as well as the friendliness of the staff. Totally recommend
