Food is Great BUT.. When I got there tonight, there was a lady who I think had some type of metal health, the guys sat her in the warm area of the shop, made her a cup of tea, offered her some chips to help warm her up while being on the phone to get her some help. The lad at front of house was great with her, said some nice things to help reassure her that all will be OK. Top job and really nice and helping staff

the best, we have put on a busy evening and in a great order feeding seven of us. what a tasty, hot firm tasty cod in a beautiful crisp teig. the chips are amazing as the friendly lively crew that runs the establishment. new essential on the I.O.W for us and then a quick walk or a short drive down to eat at the sea at the shanklin, still hot pierced.

the diligent on our big heart was a little fat, but not excessive. it was crisp and the cod was delicious. the middle chips were huge and excellent in texture and taste. I was too busy eating it while I was photographing on the esplanade. very rewarding.

absolutely high quality place, super clean and perfect service! our cods were large, fleshy and delicate, while the chips were golden, crunchy and perfectly cooked. all served with care and a smile! we'll be back soon!

On the basis of the reviews we decided to have fish and chips tonight from here and I’m so glad we did. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was outstanding! Can not recommend highly enough.
