I liked the quiet, quiet atmosphere. There were walls that were huge wall paintings based on Japanese culture. My shrimp empura was brilliant, the white rice was great. My mother ordered pork, which was also very good. 10/10 would recommend. Although they use the same frit for food and seafood. So people with seafood allergens, either do not go, or order something that is not fried, which is not hard. I want to go to lunch again.

Legit Japanese food in the middle of Iowa. All we had was delicious. The sushi we had to share was part of the freshest nigger I had in Iowa. I also had the Yaki Niku bowl (picture) that was more food than I negotiated for! Service was excellent and will be ASAP again as soon as I am back in Des Moines. If you have a love affair with Japanese food, this is a must in the area.

I basically ate everything here, but this last time I have a noodle dish and it's just how I remember my mother doing it! The aromas brought back so good memories that I go back every time I am in Des Moines. Service is always on the point! And the restaurant is clean with good ambience. Very recommended!

My friend and I went there for sushi. The sushi rolls we ordered were all amazing! The fried cheesecake was also delicious. The owner even remembered my name when we came in. We had wonderful service! I will definitely be back!

I stopped for lunch on Thursday. A great lunch in downtown. I ordered the salmon bugro box, and the salmon was perfectly cooked. So delicious! Great service here too. Would highly recommend.
