Aki Japanese Cuisine

I have been eating at Aki sushi for a few years now and it has always been one of my favorite places to eat. This past experience was far from acceptable. I ordered their tempura sweet potato roll (yame yame roll) which is usually amazing. This time however the sweet potato was completely raw. Our waitress basically gas lit us and told us that's how it is supposed to be and that there was nothing she could do. Our appetite was gone after trying to eat this raw potato roll so we asked for the check and for the rolls to be taken off since they were basically inedible. Great sushi made with very fresh fish. I was very happy with how my food came out and with the service. Will definitely be returning.
