Al Bottegone - Reservar uma mesa

we were here today due to the many great reviews on tripadvisor. the service was friendly. the menage on the table, dirty and sticky.Red wine from the piemont too young and not yet good.Carpaccio to the appetizer was good.Pizza diavolo: Pizza-Boden 1a, totally faded.Don't be sharp and almost tasteless.Both polenta with Gorgonzola sauce:Polenta has never seen salt or bouillon. was made in the friteuse hot, that is, the polenta roch after pommes and she was totally fad. sauce also almost unworn. not good.We had complained to the hired person when she was cleaning up. We were offered a grappa and a lemoncello. I don't want to eat here anymore.

Arriving Stresa afternoon we spent our time in the town center and planned to go to Locarno next day. we took Logo Maggiore Express to Lacorno and the journey was enjoyable. We arrived there lunch time and looked around for a restaurant. It was Sunday and the restaurant wanted to try was closed so picked Al Bottegone. It was a simple place with full of people. We had gnocchi (was ok but not really great) and very nice ice cream. Total bill was around 65 maybe we had water to drink so we realized when you pass the Italian border it gets expensive.Anyway Locarno experience was good.

fast service, much choice, good food, prices in line with others. I find it suitable for those who work and do not want to waste much time at the table. a little less harvested for the family. recommended recommended

Well eaten, big pizzas! I recommend the very well-stocked valtelina and the correct price for the location (on average chf 18.-- pizza.) the service was fast and well executed. I'll go back!

we had to eat the salads was very large and the very pleasant personal with the children, there was a good choice of dishes
