Al-madina Market Grill

This was my second visit to Al Madina and I am filled to the brim after today's lunch. The first time my experience was average taste-wise but this time I completely devoured in the food. Al Madina is not the kind of place you would go for ambiance and I felt that I am eating in an Old Delhi restro. Most of the people don't dine-in here as there are only 2-3 tables struck between the racks of kitchen counter and grocery items.<br/ <br/ Coming back to the food, I would say its a pure bliss as compared to the other Indian restaurants in the area. Awesome fresh food. They have a tandori chicken 'sandwhich ' that is probably the best secret i have found in clifton.. for only 3 dollars!!! it is fresh made nan, generous amount of marinated chicken breast kabob (more meat than chipotle) with lettuce, onions, green peppers and tomatoes with a garlic yogurt sauce. it is really hard to beat this for the taste and price in the areathe market also has really cheap spices and awesome drinks from the mid east

Great food great price. Chicken wrap for $2.99!! large sandwich for a small price. everything from the naan to the chicken was made fresh. shopkeeper was busy cooking, taking phone orders, ringing up customers and still had time to chat with his customers. a MUST when you are in downtown Cincy!

I love Al-Madina Market Grill!! The food was amazing and filling. The employees are so kind and pleasant. I love the Falafel it's to die for and their spicy garlic is amazing too. If you're ever in the Clifton area check them out, you won't regret it!

Awesome place for a cheap lunch. It 's fairly healthy and a quick walk from UC campus. When you walk in you definitely get the 'hole in the wall ' feeling.
