Waited for over an hour past the advised time and still not delivered, tried ringing and was constantly engaged so finally gave up and ordered somewhere else and then it finally arrived 2.5 hours after ordering. my wife answered the door and thought it was from the other takeaway we had ordered and paid the driver without realising and then we found half the order was missing anyway. still not been able to get them on the phone after calling 63 times. joke of a place

Didnt deliver part of my order that was paid for and was told they would not be sending it back out as they were too busy and offered me a free large fries next time. I use ali babas quite regularly but i will not be using them again after this. awful customer service!

Only thing that was nice was the garlic bread. The kebab meat was burnt, the pasta was dripping in oil. The chicken chunks that were in it were rock hard. Very disappointing.
