Ordered Grill Box for 2 plus 2 cans at 5:20pm on Sunday evening. Took over 90 minutes to arrive despite being told it would be 30 45 minutes. When it did arrive there were no cans driver blamed counter staff but surely he should check and know what he is delivering? Food was lukewarm, chips very soggy, shish kebab meat very dry, no kofte seekh kebab. When called to complain the manager said he would have drinks delivered and would refund some of cost. Further 90 minutes and nothing has arrived. When called store, manager just said they're busy I'll need to come and collect drinks myself and I'll get a discount off my next order! I have ordered twice before delivery was 45 50 minutes and food...

I paid £7 for a large kebab and was disappointed by the portion size. The salad and chicken were served in tiny containers, which should have been a red flag. The salad was dry and unappetizing. The overall weight of my order felt light, like there were socks in the bag. The chicken was barely lukewarm and appeared to be pre-cooked and reheated when ordered. It was not freshly grilled on a charcoal grill. Overall, this was one of the worst kebabs I have ever had and did not provide good value for money. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

We got two kebabs tonight, one donner and one chicken tikka shish. They both didn’t have enough sauce salad, the meat was over cooked dry and the pitta bread wasn’t big enough. The salad had three minute bits of tomato and cucumber. The chicken tikka had bits of beef in it and the meat was very salty. I could only eat a few bits. This was our first time ordering, we won’t waste our money again. Delivery wasn’t too long.

I ordered delivery but it was delivered to the wrong address. The restaurant lied and said they had tried to call me, but when I called to inquire about my order, they argued with me and refused to deliver the food. After waiting for 2 hours, I received nothing. I would not recommend this place.

My husband and I ordered the chicken tikka kebab, but instead the owner and cooks brought us home chicken with chili peppers. They clearly did not know what we meant. I do not recommend this place, it was a big joke.
