Alley Restaurant Bar

My Newport friends love this place and come here every week. So glad I finally have to check it! Stanton is just the best bartender. Smart, attentive, hard working, personal? he remembered my name and had my strong drink ready for me on my second visit. Friendly and fast servers navigate the busy environment like professionals. The food is great? Salmon, sea red ahi, pub burger, chicken picatta, birthday desserts, pommes. Randy, the owner, is so funny and welcoming. Loud and campy with low light and new friends everywhere. Can't wait to go back!

This was our second time at The Alley; the last time a few years ago. Both times were pleasant as the restaurant has a great mood and the staff is friendly and professional. We came back to dinner and we? That's right. It is clear that more of a place so that we were like tourists? Sneak? It's a little loud, but that's part of the mood. In the end, I recommend reservations on Friday or Saturday. We only have one place because another group of four has left a bar table.

Very unassuming. Great bang for the buck. High quality food and service. Daily specials, great happy hour. Bartenders are professional and friendly. Cloth set when sitting at bar. Lamb shank is one of my favs. The magician will blow your mind.

Always have a great time here. It is fun when it is slow / it is really funny when it is busy. The atmosphere is great. Good menu selection. The food is delicious. Prices are ideal for quality meals you receive. Excellent wine list!!

A nice bar like restaurant with a warm atmosphere. The service was good. The food is okay. I enjoyed my time with friends.
