Allium And Grill - Reservar uma mesa

Went to Allium for 2x pizza takeouts. The whole experience was disaster from start to finish. The place was empty but still had to wait 30 mins or so to be told they had no pizza boxes to take them home, but hey ho we could carry them down the street on plates!! So we decided to eat in. All I can say is Iceland frozen got to be better, they were awful. Base like cardboard probably frozen, with extra cheese thrown on top. Doesn’t sound like a top chef cooking here!

Food looked amazing in the pics on the website so my girlfriend and I were really looking forward to trying this place out. Plus points the interior and the gardens were lovely. Unfortunately the food could not match the decor. My girlfriend's burger bun was dry and the halloumi skewers had no coriander with them and so was basically vegetables with chips. Ok it only cost £40, but the food was no better than a weatherspoons. Very disappointing.

Starters were OK mains were awful looked like steak had been microwaved. Front of house were very nice and dealt with our complaints shame about the food. Will have to come back when they re-open.
