Allusion Brewing Company

We are big fans of Allusion. We love the strong, full-bodied beers particularly the imperial stouts and IPAs. Also big fans of the Polish lager. Food is tasty. Pub is cozy.I do need to point out an issue, however: we bought several packs of canned beer that included the pumpkin and an IPA. All of the beers were noticeably FLAT, and really not fun or drinkable. It's obviously an issue with their canning process and not the beer's fault. We did our best to sip through them but ultimately used them in chili. Hopefully this has been resolved.

We stopped at Allusion Brewing because it was on the ‘Pour Tour, so glad we did, definitely one of our favorite stops by far! The atmosphere is great (the history of the building is on the back of the menu). The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the beers. The beer was delicious (we had the blueberry cobbler sour). We had already eaten at another stop so we will go back again to try the food and for more great beer!

Such a nice place. Good beer try the blue lion which is a strawberry rhubarb sour, or a snowsuit which is a chocolate milk stout. Panini was great too go for the Cuban!We will be back for sure.

If i could come here every week I would. Little on the pricey side in terms of micro breweries but worth every penny.

Great tasting brews. Good food. Cool place to hang in back room
