Almgasthaus Sattelbauer

We parked our car at the bottom of the tobaggan track and hiked up the mountain to the restaurant. It took us an hour, just like the signs indicated. We had lunch there and while the food was good but nothing special, the views are spectacular. We paid 3 EUR for a sledge all the way down to our car. That was at least one star for being able to try the sledge back. Highly recommended. If you think the hike is too hard, there is a taxi service that will take you up the mountain.

Went there sigh the hungry bunch me, my wife and 3 kids). All enjoyed the beautifull place and the tasty dishes. The soups were amazing. We had simple Wiener snitzrls though the have also complex dishes. All dishes were big and tasty. This is s local place and the ambiance is great. I am sure you will have a great time here. It is 5-10 minutes from flahau but is is worth the climb .

We are regular visitors to the Sattelbauer. We love the food and the location. Great locals can be made from here and the food and overall atmosphere is great.

This alm is located on a beautiful spot. Great view and lots of options for hikes. Nice food and friendly staff.

Beautiful place and very good food and stuff . Beautiful view, animal and playground for kid. I will be back.
