Alte Muehle - Reservar uma mesa

We were spontaneously on a Sunday evening (exit weather) at Gasthof Alte Mühle. The inn is comfortable and the service is super friendly and dedicated. The open space in front of the inn makes the pleasure of the beer garden weather. On the map there are three vegan dishes (Burger, salad plate with red bete crispy and noodles with Ratatouil Legegemüse). I had the vegan burger who was completely convinced. Too bad that the delicious looking spinach dumplings were not vegan in mother butter.

I had the vegan burger that is completely convinced.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience a charming example of excellent local Fränkisch food. I had the Pfefferhaxe, the meat was tender and juicy and the crackling done to perfection! I will be going back again. Great service even though the place was packed, and really fair prices. Can't recommend enough.

Again, in the Bad Staffelstein a Frankonian type restaurant/bar with good solid food, for a very good price/quality. I guess food in Bavaria is generally (a lot) cheaper than in Belgium.
