Altura Bistro - Reservar uma mesa

The service was friendly and unhurried. The food was beyond fabulous We were a party of 2, with a reservation 5pm. We arrived about 10 minutes early, and we were seated immediately. The server checked in with us, took our drink order went over the menu with us. He made sure to give us time to chat look over the menu he made some great suggestions. Appetizer: We started with the fresh oysters, and pork belly the oysters were so fresh sweet, and the pork belly had a wonderfully sweet bbq sauce, which was cut perfectly by the pickled onion garnish. 20/10! The food and service were the best I 've ever been to. This is a very busy place, but we never felt like we were neglected. We had asked for the brussel sprout appetizer without cilantro, and when I usually get scuff for it, it wasn 't an issue at all! It was responded warmly to who has the soap taste gene? When the waiter suggested the soup, he also suggested splitting it between me and my fiance, so we both could have a taste he brought it to us in two separate bowls. We ordered the brussel sprouts appetizer, the sweet prawn bisque, wagyu ribeye, filet mignon.

I had a fantastic experience in altura on Sunday evening for dinner. as 1 h in the city and for the first time in alaska, I am so grateful that I stopped at this place. the whole experience is great of the front woman who sat me up after cary who gave up on suggestions about eating, wein pairing and only a very nice person to speak! highlight from the menu for me is prawn's bisque taste like nothing I tried before! surely comes back!

hands down, the best eating in this city (anchorage!) it is fine eating, but even more, so it is an experience. with every bite I found myself in a quiet sense of aw and wondering. only unbelievable as the aromen in their mouth melts, and are so careful together to make these dishes. I've been twice now, and it's not disappointed. my date and I agree that it was the best meal we ever had.

Oh my goodness!!! I don’t know what they did to that burger. I ordered mine well done, It was cooked to perfection. I will have to try the Wolverine burger next (recommended by KB) Hands down best gourmet burger in town!!
