Alumni Grill Rowan Blvd

Alumni Grill has been a very reliable source of a good meal for me during most of my time at Rowan. If I forgot to cook or go shopping, I can always go to Alumni with the guarantee that my meal will be better than whatever I was going to make at home. It's also comfort food for my girlfriend, who enjoys the food more than almost anything else after a long day. Her go-to order is the Bacon Avocado Burger, while mine is the Jekyll and Hyde sandwich. Now don?t get me wrong. The food is good. But this is my third time coming here and it?s been consistently small portions for hella money. I?ve come twice for lunch and once for dinner. One time I got a chicken sandwich and garlic parm fries. There was more coleslaw than chicken and the fries did not even fill halfway up the box. I tried a sub the next time, same results. My 13th reason was the Buffalo chicken salad w/ a side of fries. Please tell me why they cut up a chicken strip and had the nerve to say it?s a Chicken salad. Yes, I understand it?s a salad. The quality of this place has plummeted since I first started eating here. At first the food was amazing and it was my favorite place to eat on campus, but now it doesn?t even feel like the same place. The burgers are dry and the fries don?t feel the same anymore. I was also disgusted by some of most recent discoveries which would be that my potato wedges were not cleaned properly with dirt on them and a hair that was clearly far longer than my own so it could not have been mine. Please do something about this. Until an improvement has actually been made, I won?t be returning for another meal.

I really wanted to love this place, but they refuse to accept my coupon from the entertainment coupon app that I pay for every year. My family and I wanted to try this place bad but the guy basically accused me of fraud and told me my coupon was fake. Check the entertainment coupon app which is legit, I've used this app at hundreds of places and have never had a problem using a coupon.

They got rid of all Gluten free options. You can get a grilled chicken salad with no guarantee on the GF dressing for $18. Seriously?
