Am Capitol Hill - Reservar uma mesa

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Capitol Hill area. I go here every time I come to DC. The food is great. This time I came with family and we had 2 disabled people. I forgot to put that in the reservation my fault but they are noticeably disabled (canes and wheelchair). The first floor was pretty much empty but they still sat us in the upper area. Yes my mom and sister can use stairs with assistance, but when the other tables were empty the majority of our time there, it didn't make sense. Our waitress was sweet but more attentive to other tables as we were the table in the kitchen. Our appetizers came before our drinks. My drink was wrong. But at the end of the night, the food...

Absolutely horrible! Our waitress was great, however the bartender was horrible! We sat one level up with our kids and we were still about to hear the inappropriate conversations the bartender was having while she stood behind the bar. That’s how LOUD SHE WAS! I also ordered a peach mimosa and it was made with peach liquor and sparkling. I sent it back because that’s not what I ordered. I asked can I have a regular orange mimosa. I watched the bartender put orange juice in the same mimosa I sent back then the proceeded to serve it to me again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Went there on August 6th,2023 Waited over 30minutes for water—never got a server and the bartender had to support (Ravaughn was great). RAT ran from the kitchen up the stairwell about 15mins after we received our pizza. Worst Matchbox location in DC
