After we had always tried to get a table by phone in the last few years and then decided against it, because the telephone partner was really rude, we were still getting married and drove directly to the restaurant (without reservation). We were lucky and got another table and contrary to my fear that we might be treated here as it was on the phone we were really very nice and courteously treated. The service was great, always with a smile on the face, the card, the drinks, appetizers and main dishes quickly came to the table. Goods on a Friday without reservation there (6 persons). We got a place inside, there everything was very close and more tidy and gloomy in our place. We had asked again if we could go to the beer garden and were lucky that a table was just released. The food was very delicious there. The pizzas are well covered. The service was nice but also kind of shy? You didn't always understand what she said, why we often had to ask. I wanted to take my lunch because I didn't make it all. At home, I noticed that she had given me the wrong one, very bad. Whether everything fits with us or we wanted to have a drink was not asked.

We were received nicely. Drinks came fast. Unfortunately, my Grevensteiner was warm. We've been waiting for our food for a long time. Probably because many customers came and were served with drinks. Then our food came cold. Probably all the time on the vaults, because a waitress alone was responsible for the outside area. After we complained that the food was cold was not reacted. Then someone heard us and wanted to bring us new food. The same food felt warmed up in the microwave. Table was not cleared. Now I'm waiting for the bill. Never again.

We had a table reserved for 5. In super great weather we went to the terrace and two tables were pushed together at short notice. Great service. The food was as always very tasty and the prices have remained acceptable. Unfortunately you could not pay here with Debit card. This is more the responsibility of the banks. We have been very happy to eat at Amadeus in recent years. In recent times the taste of food has changed very much. Unfortunately, my last pastries were hardly seasoned, watery or with too little sauce. The meat is sometimes tough or dry. The good garlic dip was etched against Sour Cream. Only the salad is just staying chic and tastes fresh. Unfortunately, it is no longer enough for the value for money.

With a group of 14 people there. Service was pretty good. Eating wasn't so good. Two pizzas were totally salty. Appetizer was given with warm fladen bread. Unfortunately, it just ran past the oven. It was cold. No complaints have been received.

The food was okay but the price slightly increased. The staff was friendly but at the end the waitress was completely overwhelmed with the separation of the bill so that we had calculated the bill ourselves maybe she had only a bad day.

Just passing through Itzehoe and stopped here to eat for lunch on a Sunday. There not many guests. I am not sure why. The food (Amadeusteller and salad) were fantastic.
