This place is flat out amazing it's by far the best Italian food we've ever had and that covers a lot of ground , and in fact some of the best food I've ever put in my mouth, regardless of cuisine and that covers a lot more ground besides . As you'd expect from a place with such extraordinary fare, they're perpetually packed, from probably 5:30 6pm until at least 8:30, any night of the week. So come in a relaxed mood and ready to wait for a seat they don't take reservations . Patience is rewarded, impatience is not, and understandably so. Where do I even begin ?! This was the best Italian food I've had outside of Italy and Angelos in NYC . Being Italian American with grandparents from Sicily i grew up around authentic food my entire life . When my dad passed away three years ago I rarely get Italian food this good . I wanted to cry over the pure joy of its authenticity . Thank you to our waiter Jonathon for the phenomenal experience and hospitality ! I wish I could work with the nonna in the kitchen for a few days can't wait to come back ! This will be my go to place moving forward in ATL . I would give you 10 stars if I could !!

Amazing restaurant! Old school, local neighborhood, family owned, Italian gem. Love their pasta and caprese salad and their meatballs are off the charts! Creme brûlée is one of the best! It’s busy and small so go early or chill at the bar while you wait -it is SO worth the wait!!

Being from the north I am always searching for authentic Italian food. I not only found it in AmalfiI also found an amazing staff and feel like a part of a family. The food is fantastic and the people are even better than the food.

Excellent food as service. Best Italian food I've had since at my families Italian restaurant back in Albany,NY 20 years ago. I've tried several different dishes and all excellent. Do not miss out on this place.
