Amato's - Reservar uma mesa

I hadn't been to this restaurant in a while because there is only one person who consistently makes my sandwiches just right. As someone who works in the food industry, I really value fast and high-quality service. Today, I waited 15 minutes and watched a possibly new employee completely mess up my order twice. Just as he was about to hand me the disastrous sandwich, Dan came in and SAVED the day! He personally remade my sandwich, and it turned out perfectly! From now on, I will only get my sandwiches from him. The moral of the story is to hire more people like Dan and make sure you keep him around—he's truly the best you have! I was surprised to see so many Amato's locations crammed into gas stations after moving to Vermont. Unfortunately, they don't come close to the quality of the actual full-sized restaurants I used to enjoy in New Hampshire, which closed down some time ago. I was really looking forward to trying these out, but I've been disappointed. After three attempts, I'm ready to give up. It's such a letdown because fresh bread is essential for authentic Italian cuisine!

Unfortunately, most of my order was unavailable, and everything I tried to substitute was also out of stock. On top of that, the communication was quite poor.
