American Creams - Reservar mesa

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was subpar, as the staff seemed more interested in their phones than in assisting customers. My daughter had to wait quite a while for her meal, and there was little interaction with the staff during that time. To make matters worse, I found a long hair in my food. After the lackluster service, I chose to leave and will not be going back. Once I got home, I discovered yet another hair in my lotus biscoff cookie dough. It appears that proper hygiene practices, such as wearing hats or hair nets and masks, were not being enforced, and the employees were on their personal phones while serving customers.

I visited this restaurant for the first time last night. Our initial order was missing two items, but the staff quickly apologized and attempted to resolve the issue. However, when the missing items were finally delivered, the ice creams were still not included. We informed the delivery driver about the oversight, but unfortunately, we never received a third delivery, a phone call, or a refund. As a result, we had to make a quick trip to Tesco to buy some ice cream ourselves. It was disappointing, especially since the staff who came to help were really friendly.

I had my first experience with American Creams last night. Unfortunately, our initial order was missing two dessert items. I’m so excited that this restaurant has opened! The staff is extremely friendly, and the establishment is spotless. I sampled the Red Velvet Cookie Dough with Raspberry ripple ice cream, and it was simply delightful. The Raspberry ripple ice cream is among the best I've ever had. The cookie monster sundae had a generous portion, nearly too much for one person. The staff also demonstrated a great knowledge of which ice cream flavors paired well with various desserts. The cream drsam shake is beautiful, as is the Nutella Crepe, huge portion size and toppings galore. Social distancing was being well observed and the staff were really friendly, I sha definitely be adding this to my list of regular stops. Keep up the good work

Poor customer service, staff sat on phones while my daughter waited for her food, no customer interaction, opened food to find a long hair in,after poor service just left and thought will not return. Only to return home to find another hair in Lotus Biscoff cookie dough! Makes sense now when no staff wearing hats/hair nets/masks and using personal mobiles while serving food.

Small portions, don’t get a lot of toppings. Ice stone prices at less than half the quality. Cookie dough came burnt to a crisp ended up throwing away. Icicles in Waterloo so much better quality better value for money and they cost the same... Reserve uma mesa agora

Nice clean friendly place. The first time we have been and we will go again as the milkshakes were delicious. They do crepes and other eats as well. To order take away best to phone direct.

The service at this restaurant was outstanding, with friendly staff who served incredible warm desserts that came out promptly. The hocus pocus and crepes were absolutely delicious.
