American Creams - Reservar uma mesa

I tried American Creams for the first time last night. Unfortunately, our initial order was missing two dessert items. They apologized and tried to fix the mistake quickly, but then the two missing items arrived with the ice creams missing. The delivery driver reported this issue for us, but we never received a third delivery, phone call, or refund. We had to make a quick trip to Tesco for some ice cream. It's a shame because the desserts that did arrive were very nice.

Tried for the first time after a recommendation from a friend, and was not disappointed.Ordered a Cream Dream Shake, and Nutella Crepe.... The cream drsam shake is beautiful, as is the Nutella Crepe, huge portion size and toppings galore.Social distancing was being well observed and the staff were really friendly, I sha definitely be adding this to my list of regular stops.Keep up the good work

Poor customer service, staff sat on phones while my daughter waited for her food, no customer interaction, opened food to find a long hair in,after poor service just left and thought will not return. Only to return home to find another hair in Lotus Biscoff cookie dough! Makes sense now when no staff wearing hats/hair nets/masks and using personal mobiles while serving food.

Small portions, don’t get a lot of toppings. Ice stone prices at less than half the quality. Cookie dough came burnt to a crisp ended up throwing away. Icicles in Waterloo so much better quality better value for money and they cost the same...

Nice clean friendly place. The first time we have been and we will go again as the milkshakes were delicious. They do crepes and other eats as well. To order take away best to phone direct.
