Apparently the cashier is always rude and nothing is done about her behavior. Today while I was driving my daughter order our food and I asked for the seafood special?.the staff acted as if the did not have any idea what I we were talking about. The girl took the phone and proceeded to take the order. When we got to ABW the order was wrong. We ordered fried tilapia, grilled bamboo shrimp and Cajun rice. They made grilled tilapia and I had no shrimp, Cajun rice and Frenchfries. When I asked for the manager they called and the girl said that wasn?t what we ordered she had a nasty attitude and the manager wanted to make my order but I was not about to have spit in my food.. The kitchen workers are disgusting. They don't wear gloves, nor do they wash their hands. I used to work here, so trust me when I say the food is unsanitary, and trifling. Even when cutting raw chicken, the chicken is placed on an inadequately cleaned table, then cut up while the worker wears no gloves. When dipping the whole wings/Chicken tenders into the batter to fry, they dip their fingers into the batter along with the chicken whilst wearing no gloves. Theworkers frequently take phone breaks, scratch themselves, touch unsanitary things in the kitchen, then proceed to make the food without washing their hands. I wouldn't eat here if I were you. My boyfriend came in and ordered 3 orders of wings. And they hardly had any sauce or seasoning on them. My garlic Parmesan wings was overcooked to the point i didn?t even want them anymore. They didn?t even seem fresh. I would never get any food from them again I was very disappointed..
