Amici 30a Italian Kitchen

During this trip to the area I asked for the best Italian food restaurant. Told to go to Amici Italian Kitchen. Took a group of 4 for dinner. The worst experience of the week long trip. The service was terrible, waiter brought glass of wine and spilled a third of the glass and served it with no replacement or cost reduction. Once food was served didn't see waiter again. Had to go to hostess to get bill delivered to table. As for the food, 3 plates were not edible. Two plates were left untouched. The food is excellent and delicious. The waiters are helpful and courteous. The welcoming hostess however was rude: she acted angry and put out of having to seat us. She also treated her co-worker rudely in front of customers, expressing her displeasure at something he did and then she used her pencil to 'slap ' his hand. This was the third time we encountered the same rude hostess. Other than that, we highly recommend this place for the spectacular food.

The food is fantastic! The plaza is really pretty at night with the lights and all. The service started off amazing and then about half way through the waitress vanished. We had to ask 2 different servers to go find her. It was just a weird ending to a fantastic meal. We will be trying it again this week because the food is really that good.
