Andy's Ice Cream Stop

I have to agree with the mediocre/negative reviews here. My biggest complaint though isn’t the ice cream (it’s ok: good not great), but the girl that is always there makes it seem like it’s such an inconvenience to serve us. Every time. I have been wanting to write this review for a while now hoping the owners would see. I don’t care what she wears, can she at least smile and pretend she works in customer service?? Jeez. Also, their hours are not as advertised unless they are closing early and shouldn’t be?? We have come at least 2-3 times when they should be open but they are not. My experience here was horrible! When me and my boyfriend cake in to get shakes, we weren't greeted, we were stared at like we were the scum of the earth, then when the little girl finally came out of her attitude, she asked do you know what you want . I advise anyone to be prepared for horrible customer service. I work for the food corporation. Why are you letting this girl still work here? You see your reviews on this person alone. Not good for business.

After coming here for the past few years when camping at Fort DeSoto, I will not be returning, ice cream was scrapped from the bottom of 5 gallon buckets, almost all 38 flavors were close to empty, and scoops given were very small...so very disappointing

Poor quality ice cream and cone was stale. If you’re looking for great ice cream, this isn’t the place.

Great service. Everyone enjoyed their ice cream. The Italian ice was a huge hit with the kids!
