Antoine's Restaurant

The service was rude, the coffee was watery and the pastries were completely forgetable. They don't close until 7 pm and we were rushed out because they were slow and wanted to close up early. Keep in mind that we were there at 10 minutes to 6 p.m. The pastries we just bought we had to eat on the courthouse steps because we were rushed out. We barely were able to cross the room to get silverware! The coffee and pastries probably would have tasted better if the service had not left such a bad taste in our mouths.

Don't miss this small, vegetarian-friendly spot. We eat here evertime we are in New Orleans. The prices are easy on the wallet, such as eggs for just a couple of bucks for breakfast. Their gelato is yummy, the place clean but small. And it offers a sparkling clean unisex restroom.
