This restaurant specialises in cooking in front of customers on a hot plate, however we chose lots of smaller dishes off the menu that the three of us could share. We chose sushi to start with, tuna sushi and chargrilled salmon sushi, the tuna was amazing quality and the salmon had a wonderful smokey taste. We followed with prawn gyoza and steamed vegetable gyoza, lovely little stuffed parcels, although the dumplings were a little thick on the steamed ones. Tempura prawns were beautifully prepared prawns in a incredibly light crispy batter. So we went with the family I have never eaten this type of food before so didn’t really know what to expect. One gluten free person in our party asked what they could eat. The waitress knew what the ingredients were for the meals. But didn’t have many options but did say she didn’t have time to go through the options so ended up with some rice noodles and some chicken. Never the less left hungry. The kids meals wasn’t great chicken covered in sesame seeds didn’t go down well. Overall very disappointing But I will say I wouldn’t go to any restaurant selling this type of food just not my cup of tea..

Such a great restaurant and experience! Cannot fault Ami and the wonderful team! We tend to opt for their set meal on the teppenyaki, which is brilliant food at a fair price. You get a huge selection and get to see everything prepared right in front of you! They have a great selection of wine and always make you feel happy and welcomed! Miss you all already!

As a Japanese food lover, we had a meal here last week. It was absolutely amazing! Very fresh, extraordinary flavors and fantastic service. Me and my mom sat at the tepan yaki table and choose a menu for lunch. Salmon, beef, sushi and great soup and rice. Wonderful desert and lots of sake! Will definately go back there soon!

5th or 6th visit here and it never fails to amaze, delight and enthral our guests. The service is beyond efficient. Looking forward to visiting next year
