Great VenueGreat Wine ListGreat MenuProblem Manager/Owner with attitude.They were busy understaffed.Unskilled staff and management created an atmosphere of chaos.Patrons were asked to bring used glasses back to the bar with hostility that Customer then ordered double G T sitting at the bar I watched the Manager pour the Gin haphazardly. Double measures were not served I doubt whether a quarter measure was served.I do not exaggerate I am shocked with the attitude.We so need venues on the North Shore this one has no Customer Focus in fact the Customer is an inconvenience.

the food was okay, although pasta underboiled and hard. service was terrible, new workers with very little experience and extremely difficult to communicate. rubbish was led through the restaurant by the chef mid service, while the manager for a beer appeared halfway through the night outside. ambience was missing, music was not at when we arrived about 6:30, which means that the room was eerily quiet as a library. would not recommend to visit was very disappointing.

Had a lovely dinner at Apera recently. Every dish we ordered was delicious in particular, the scallops (starter and the lamb shoulder and chook (to share . The beer battered chips were literally the best chips I've ever tasted! Great quality food, reasonably priced and a nice (not too loud atmosphere. The staff were friendly... yes, they could have been a bit more attentive but overall... a lovely dining experience :

Have visited around 5 times over the years and have thoroughly enjoyed apera's offering. As the menu changes seasonally, you are ensured a great variety of dishes. The red snapper was grilled and salted perfectly, creating a delectable skin (which goes even better with the miso brown butter). Excellent.

Ordered meal delivery from Apera but one item was missed. They gave me a call and delivered it to me themselves, which was much appreciated! Food was great, too.
